Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) remain a common approach to indoor mobile coverage, particularly in large venues and facilities with strong carrier participation. DAS uses centralized head-end equipment and a network of antennas to extend carrier signals throughout a building or campus.

In the right scenarios, DAS can deliver high-quality mobile coverage. However, it comes with tradeoffs that organizations need to evaluate carefully, such as high upfront capital costs, long deployment timelines, and dependence on carrier approvals.
